Phenneger has made available, a study conducted by Robinson Research, which prompted him to run for this position. The study shows that 87% of Idahoans are dissatisfied with the level of accountability in Washington D.C. Also, 80% are not satisfied with the ethical standards and wanted to see a representative who had the character traits of honesty and integrity.

As a businessman, Phenneger has been bringing together diverse groups of hard working people and business leaders to creative innovative solutions to difficult financial problems. His proven record of successful program implementation has resulted in strengthening businesses and local economies all over the United States.
